He retired as General Manager from NABARD, where he worked extensively across India, leading and supporting numerous rural development initiatives at the grassroots level. Throughout his career, he played a crucial role in project planning, proposal formulation, and effective implementation of development programs that brought meaningful change to rural communities. Driven by a deep commitment to social service, Mr. Deo joined the organization immediately after his retirement and was unanimously elected as its President. With his rich experience, strategic vision, and dedication, he continues to guide and strengthen the organization’s mission of sustainable and inclusive development.
